Leading Prosperity Edmonton, a coalition of 9 business associations representing thousands of businesses, with the goal of raising Council's awareness of unsustainable property tax increases.

Publishing research on the positive Economic Impacts of Commercial Real Estate in Edmonton.

Successfully advocating for Timelines for Simple Projects, and dedicated City service staff for complex commercial projects

Improving the dialog between the commercial real estate industry and shallow service providers, working towards process improvements, and transparent service level targets.

Working with the Business Advisory (Red Tape Reduction) Committee, in conjunction with BOMA Edmonton, UDI, CHBA, Chamber of Commerce, to provide industry feedback on various municipal regulatory processes.
