NAIOP Edmonton is proud to announce that Little Warriors will be our 2015 charitable partner, supported through the Invitational and Winter Royale. Little Warriors is a national charitable organization committed to the awareness, prevention and treatment of child sexual abuse. We are proud to support the important work that Little Warriors does with the prevention and treatment of child sexual abuse.
In the fall of 2014, Little Warriors opened the Be Brave Ranch, to provide a safe and secure place of treatment and healing, aimed at the mind, body, heart and spirit of child victims and their families. The property for the ranch was previously abandoned, and while funds from the capital campaign allowed Little Warriors to purchase the property and open one of the buildings, there are still two more buildings to be renovated. Funds raised this year through the NAIOP Edmonton Invitational and NAIOP Edmonton Winter Royale will go directly towards completing these renovations so that the ranch may fully open and support more families in need.
